For most courses, a full refund can be considered if the cancellation request is received at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date. We will confirm your cancellation via email and assist you with the process in a timely and friendly manner. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Our goal is to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.
3. Late Cancellations
If a cancellation request is received fewer than 5 business days before the course begins, we may not be able to issue a full refund. However, we will always aim to offer alternative options — such as transferring your enrollment to a future course, applying your payment as credit, or finding another fair solution based on your needs and our availability. 4. Missed Sessions or Partial Attendance

While refunds are generally not issued for missed classes, we will try to offer make-up options where possible or share key materials to help you stay on track.
